These Website Terms govern your use of getcalzenai.com, including its calculator, contact form, demonstration content, and Cal assistant. The website is operated by CalZen LLC under the name CalZen AI ("CalZen," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Website information only
The website provides general information about CalZen's capabilities and approach. It does not provide legal, financial, cybersecurity, medical, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. Website content is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional familiar with your circumstances.
Demonstrations and estimates
Examples labeled as demonstration systems illustrate possible workflows and are not representations of completed client engagements. Calculator results and statements about potential time or cost savings are estimates based on information entered by the visitor. Actual feasibility, performance, cost, savings, and outcomes depend on the client's processes, data, tools, requirements, and implementation.
AI-generated responses
Cal uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it or using it in a business decision. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information through the public chat.
Audit requests and engagements
Submitting the workflow-audit form requests a conversation; it does not create a client relationship, reserve a founding-client opening, guarantee acceptance, or obligate either party to purchase or provide services. Any paid engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement defining scope, fees, responsibilities, data handling, and other applicable terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, use automated means to overload or scrape the site, impersonate another person, violate another party's rights, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

The CalZen name, branding, website design, copy, demonstration materials, and original frameworks are owned by CalZen or used with permission.
