CalZen AI, operated by CalZen LLC ("CalZen," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected through getcalzenai.com, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you request a workflow audit, email us, or use the Cal assistant, you may provide your name, email address, business information, budget range, descriptions of your business processes, and the contents of your messages.

Please do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information through the public website or chat. This includes passwords, payment-card data, medical information, government identifiers, trade secrets, or information you are not authorized to share.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and service providers may receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, general device category, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, campaign parameters, and error or security logs.

The business-friction calculator may send anonymous usage information to CalZen, including the selected industry and role, slider values, hourly benchmark or custom-rate status, calculated estimates, recommendation, and calculator links clicked. Calculator events use an anonymous session identifier so CalZen can update one session record instead of creating a new record for every slider movement. The latest calculator result is also saved in your browser's session storage so a package page can display your personalized estimate; that browser copy is limited to the current tab session. The calculator does not ask for your name or email address, and its anonymous event record is kept separate from information you submit through the contact form, email, or chat.

AI-assisted chat

Messages submitted to Cal are sent to an external AI service to generate a response. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as professional advice. Do not place confidential or sensitive business information in the chat.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to host the website, process form submissions, supply web fonts, and operate AI features. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to requests, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted to CalZen, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask us to stop using your information for future communications.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
